The innovative HORL® 2 sharpener simplifies achieving the perfect sharpening angle, eliminating the guesswork of using a whetstone. Faster & easier than traditional methods, it requires no soaking and is effective on both Western and Japanese knives· The system features a magnetic angle support bar with dual settings, 20° for Western knives and 15° for Japanese knives, secured by magnets· The roller has dual sides: a diamond disc for sharpening and a ceramic disc for honing. Interchangeable discs allow for customisable grit levels (sold separately) for a finer finish. Crafted from durable walnut or oak wood in Germany’s Black Forest, the HORL® 2 is built to last, with easily replaceable parts.
