Improve the performance of your wood-fired Alfa oven with this simple but cleverly designed rack, made in Italy from fire-resistant stainless steel.

By elevating the logs on top of vents through which air can circulate, the rack will get your oven to temperature more quickly and efficiently. It will enable you move the fire around the oven if necessary. It will also allow you to keep the oven floor clean by making space to wipe away any residues as you cook.

Available in two sizes. Choose the 37cm size for 5 Minuti, 1, Pizza, 2 Pizze and 3 Pizze models. Choose the 59cm size for 4 Pizze and 5 Pizze models.
