Alfa Forni - Pizza Peel

A peel, essential for effortlessly sliding pizzas in and out of the oven with just a flick of the wrist, is the primary tool every pizza chef relies on. Crafted in Italy, it boasts a unique blend of style and practicality, making it indispensable in the kitchen.

Features an extendable handle, making it suitable for any set-up, regardless of your oven’s size and location – even if you’re working in a tight space like a balcony. The perforations on the head allow you to easily remove any excess flour before sliding the pizza into the oven.

The Alfa Pizza Peel pack consists of three elements:

• Perforated aluminium peel head.
• Anodised aluminium shaft with a handle made from Duroplast, a high-resistance plastic with a firm grip.
• Anodised aluminium extensions (1 x extension for the medium, 2 x extensions for the large).

Available in large or medium sizes. The large has a bigger head and an extra extension. Medium is suitable for the 1 Pizza and Portable ovens.
